Freelance Civils Site Manager / Site Agent – Earthworks & Infrastructure Location: Inverness Engagement: Freelance - CIS / Outside IR35 Duration: Up to 3 Years Lodge available: ✅ An experienced Civils Site Manager / Site Agent is required for a major infrastructure scheme in Inverness, overseeing large-scale earthworks and associated civils works. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor management * Coordinate earthworks, drainage, and road construction packages * Ensure works are delivered to programme, quality, and H&S standards * Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and inspections * Interface with clients, designers, and project teams * Monitor progress, manage resources, and resolve site issues Requirements: * Proven experience in a Site Manager role on civils/earthworks projects * Strong knowledge of drainage, roads, and large-scale bulk earthworks * SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred) * Excellent organisational and communication skills
