We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute National Account Manager to manage and develop high-profile UK retail and grocery accounts. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow a portfolio of national accounts, delivering against agreed sales and profitability targets * Negotiate P&L, Joint Business Plans and terms to maximise value for both the client and the business * Identify and convert new business opportunities * Work collaboratively with product development, marketing and supply chain teams to deliver successful product launches * Provide data-driven recommendations to support range reviews and category growth About You * Proven experience in national account management with UK retailers (grocery or general merchandise preferred) * Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing P&L * Knowledge of FOB and importing processes * Proactive, results-oriented and highly organised * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail If you are ready to take ownership of high-profile accounts, influence at a senior level, and contribute to a thriving and forward-thinking business, we would be delighted to hear from you.
