Are you experienced with NEC form of contract? Our client is an established Main Contractor with an impressive regional office located in Gloucestershire. Our client operates within 3 key sectors; Date Centres, Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. The currently enjoy a turnover of £150m with projects ranging in value up to £80 million. You will report directly to an Associate Director (Commercially biased) and will work closely with the existing commercial Team comprising: 5 Surveyors of varying levels. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. About You: • NEC form of contract is essential. • Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £30 million. • Previous experience as an Senior Quantity Surveyor/MQS • Reside within commutable distance of Gloucestershire. • Experience of working with a notable Main Contractor.
