Testing Electrician

Job Title: Commercial Testing Electrician Location: Norwich Rate: £25–£26 per hour Start Date: Immediate Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing Contract (option to go perm) We’re Hiring: Experienced Commercial Testing Electrician – Norwich We’re looking for a skilled and qualified Commercial Testing Electrician to join a well-established team working on various commercial properties in the Norwich area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable electricians looking for ongoing work, with the option of going permanent if desired. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) on commercial premises * Performing remedial works and fault-finding based on test results * Ensuring all installations and inspections are fully compliant with current regulations * Working independently or within a team to complete work to a high standard * Producing accurate and clear certification for all completed works Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * City & Guilds 2391 / 2394/2395 (Essential) * ECS Gold Card (preferred) * Own transport, tools, and testing equipment * Strong knowledge of testing, inspection, and commercial compliance standards * Full UK Driving Licence What’s on Offer: * £25–£26 per hour (CIS) * Weekly pay * Full-time, ongoing work with long-term potential * Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate * Supportive, professional team environment * Work with a respected contractor on quality commercial projects
