Actaris Site Services require an RLO for a site in Gatwick. Our client will be working on an externals roofing refurbishment in Gatwick. 6 -9 months temporary contract Key Responsibilities: * Be the primary point of contact for tenants and leaseholders during roofing works. * Inform residents in advance about the schedule and scope of roofing works. * Carry out door-to-door visits and issue written communications (letters, notices, updates). * Coordinate appointments and access with residents for surveys, scaffolding, and construction phases. * Respond promptly to queries, complaints, and concerns from residents in a professional and empathetic manner. * Keep detailed records of all communications and resident interactions. * Work closely with site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to relay resident feedback and mitigate disruption. * Identify and provide additional support for vulnerable residents during works. * Assist with the preparation and delivery of resident information packs, newsletters, and satisfaction surveys. * Attend site and progress meetings as the resident liaison representative.
