Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer - Northallerton Area (Remote) We're looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join a well-established team supporting customers with the maintenance, servicing, and repair of specialist mechanical equipment. This is a remote role , based near Northallerton , where you'll work independently at customer sites, delivering high-quality service and technical support while building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Service, repair, and inspect mechanical and electrical equipment at customer locations Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Complete service, repair, and warranty work to a high standard Ensure accurate and timely completion of job-related paperwork Provide professional and responsive customer service Maintain a strong focus on health and safety in all tasks Continuously develop knowledge of products, services, and technical procedures What We're Looking For: Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems Excellent customer service and communication skills A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures ACS are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer.
