About the Role: Assist students in managing behaviour and overcoming learning challenges Design and implement personalised behaviour management plans to meet individual needs Provide mentoring and coaching to foster positive social skills and interactions Contribute to developing strategies that promote a supportive and positive school environment Collaborate closely with teaching staff to enhance lesson delivery and maintain effective classroom management Track student progress and deliver constructive feedback to students, teachers, and parents The ideal candidate will: Experience supporting children or young people, especially those with behavioural challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to quickly build rapport Demonstrates patience, resilience, and a positive mindset when facing challenges Knowledgeable in effective behaviour management strategies and techniques Proactive and collaborative, with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory Why Work with Supply Desk?
