Production Operative - Afternoon Shifts

Overview We are looking for reliable and detail-focused Production Operatives to join our busy production team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing products accurately, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting a smooth production flow. This position suits individuals with previous experience in a production or warehouse environment who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Afternoon shifts - 2:30PM - 11PM Key Responsibilities Pack and label products with accuracy and attention to detail. Carry out quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards. Support team members to maintain efficient production flow. Work flexibly across different areas of the line as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace at all times. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly. What Were Looking For Previous experience in production, packing, or warehouse work. Ability to work quickly without compromising quality. Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Flexible approach with willingness to adapt to different tasks. A positive team player with good communication skills.
