Estimator – Exeter Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 Car Allowance Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: Sphere Solutions is proud to be working with an award-winning housebuilder to recruit an Estimator to join their dynamic commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing business, contributing to the financial success of housing projects. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain estimating documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Update build costs based on current sign-offs. * Collaborate with the Land & Sales team to develop land appraisals. * Analyse site profitability, ensuring efficient layouts based on cost and revenue. * Undertake ad hoc measures and pricing responsibilities as required. About You * Relevant qualifications and/or experience in estimating. * Strong understanding of housebuilding and construction costs. * Experience using software tools such as COINS and Bluebeam. * Full UK driving licence required.
