As they continue to expand, they are looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Estimator to join their dynamic pre-construction team. What You'll Be Doing: * Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects * Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications * Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations * Work closely with the design, commercial and project management teams during the bid process * Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings as required * Assist in value engineering and advising on cost-saving strategies * Help build relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders What They're Looking For * Proven experience as an Estimator within the commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or interiors sector * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing * Proficient in estimating software and MS Office * Excellent analytical and numerical skills * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail * Confident communicator and team player * Able to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously Why Join Them? * Salary up to £100,000 (depending on experience) * Clear progression opportunities within a growing business * Engaging, supportive, and collaborative team culture * High-profile projects and a strong industry reputation
