Electrical Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Manager to lead and oversee the electrical scope of a large-scale commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems for commercial buildings, team leadership, and contractor coordination. Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all electrical works on the commercial project * Manage subcontractors and ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades * Review and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and specifications * Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively * Ensure timely completion of milestones and manage project timelines * Monitor budgets and control costs related to electrical works * Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, regulations, and safety practices Electrical Manager Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrical Manager or Supervisor on commercial construction projects * Black ECS card * SMSTS * Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, installations, and standards * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively * Understanding of local electrical codes and construction regulations * Proficient in reading blueprints and using project management tools To Apply: Please submit your CV below
