Freelance Site Manager (Main contractor) – 6-month contract – Horsham We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the onsite team. This is fantastic opportunity to join a busy main contractor working on a new build waste service unit. Role details: • Position: Freelance Site Manager • Duration: Till Project is completed (circa 6 months) • Location: Horsham • Start Date: 21st July • Sector: Main Contractor Requirements: • Proven experience with civils / concrete / excavation works • Must have in date Black CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid • Must be able to commit to the full 6 months Responsibilities: • Oversee day to day operations • Ensure program is on track • Co-ordinate trades and civils contractors • Daily site reports • Monitor H&S compliance including toolbox talks and audits
