Reward Specialist

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering reward initiatives that support the business and its people, all while working remotely. As a Reward Specialist, you will: • Partner with HR and business leaders to support the design and delivery of reward and benefits programmes. • Manage cyclical reward activities including salary review, bonus, and benefits enrolment. • Support with global reward projects, policy updates, and market benchmarking. • Analyse reward data and provide insights to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business strategy. • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on reward policies and best practice. We’re looking for someone who can bring: • Proven experience in reward, benefits, or compensation roles. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
