In this role, you will be responsible for leading the welding and fabrication teams across the workshops, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will be liaising with team leads and quality teams across the workshop, meaning good communication skills are important. There are excellent opportunities in this position at a rate of 1.5X when desired. This position would suit a Fabricator/Welder looking to step up into a Leadership position and lead a team of close-knit fabricators in your vision, at a company where you can receive excellent overtime opportunities and private healthcare.
