Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor - Maximising Land Value Location: Northamptonshire Contract Type: Permanent Our client, a forward-thinking team of chartered surveyors, town planners, architects, and business consultants, is seeking a Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their Kettering office. This is an exciting opportunity for an MRICS qualified and Registered Valuer to provide expert advice on maximising land value and navigating the evolving rural property landscape. Position Overview As a Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice to landowners on maximising land value through option and promotion agreements, as well as advising both landlords and tenants on tenancy matters, contributing to the success of our client's rural property services. Responsibilities Provide advice on maximising land value through agreements Advise landlords and tenants on tenancy matters Undertake valuations of rural, residential, and commercial properties Assist in sales, lettings, and compensation claims Manage and develop relationships with clients Support delivery of business plans and financial performance Manage personal workload to meet agreed targets Requirements MRICS qualified and Registered Valuer Practical understanding of property, land, agriculture, and business Ability to work independently and as part of a team Actively seek to build and expand professional network Commercially aware with strong communication skills Proficient in IT systems and software Full driving licence and access to insured vehicle Benefits Excellent salary, professional memberships, and CPD events covered Private Healthcare scheme and Employee Assistance Programme Agile working philosophy allowing remote and office work How to Apply If you are ready to take the next steps in your career and discuss the opportunity further then we would love to hear from you.
