Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor - Maximising Land Value Location: Northamptonshire Contract Type: Permanent Our client, a forward-thinking team of chartered surveyors, town planners, architects, and business consultants, is seeking a Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their Kettering office. This is an exciting opportunity for an MRICS qualified and Registered Valuer to provide expert advice on maximising land value and navigating the evolving rural property landscape. Position Overview As a Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice to landowners on maximising land value through option and promotion agreements, as well as advising both landlords and tenants on tenancy matters, contributing to the success of our client's rural property services.
