As Operations Manager, you’ll work alongside the UK Site & Operations Lead to run manufacturing operations, leading Production and Support teams, and shaping the future direction of the site. It’s a senior role with real scope - not just about maintaining performance, but about building something stronger, leaner and ready for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead site manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, flexibility and best-cost delivery Apply Lean/Six Sigma principles to embed a continuous improvement culture Align capacity and resources with business and customer demand, forecasting and flexing as required Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that tie into wider business objectives Manage and inspire teams, ensuring performance and engagement align to business goals Own budgets and cost performance, identifying and delivering improvements Skills & Experience Required: 5 years in senior operations leadership within manufacturing Lean / Six Sigma certification and practical application experience Strong project management skills Hands-on problem solver, pragmatic and proactive Skilled leader with experience in people and change management We’re shortlisting now, so please apply today!
