Head of Human Resources

Robert Half is partnering with a financial services consultancy business based in central London for the search of a Head of HR. The role: We’re looking for a tech-savvy, commercially-minded Head of HR to reshape how HR operates in our business. This is not a traditional HR role. The company in the middle of a full tech stack transformation (new ATS, HRIS, background tools), restructuring the team, and shifting HR to be a truly commercial partner to the business and employees. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day HR operations across the UK, EMEA, Dubai and India Own and optimise HR processes and policies, focusing on automation and tech Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, bringing a business-first mindset to HR Handle a broad range of ER matters. Support ongoing M&A activity (experience helpful but not essential) Maintain a strong internal presence – visible, informed, approachable. Required: Proven experience in a senior HR role with strong business partnering exposure Experience working in high-growth or scaling environments Commercially sharp Tech-savvy and systems fluent Hands-on and proactive A change agent Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritising ruthlessly, and making data-led people decisions quickly. Tools / Platforms (derised but not a must): Teamtailor (ATS) Zinc (Employee Background Checking) Rippling or HiBob (HRIS) Automation tools, workflow builders, and HR analytics platforms
