Job Title: Senior Operations Manager Location: Central London Salary: £35 - 40k per annum We are recruiting a Senior Event Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of events at a heritage site in Central London with in-house catering. The Role Lead day-to-day venue operations, ensuring exceptional service standards. Manage and develop a high-performing catering and events team. Oversee logistics, staffing, and supplier relationships. Drive operational efficiency while maintaining premium client experience. What We’re Looking For Proven senior operations experience in venues or catering. Strong leadership and team management skills. A track record of managing high-profile events with in-house catering.
