This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be looking after one of the most sought-after contracts across London and the UK, with an annual turnover in the region of £15m. You will be responsible for Catering, Reception Services, Events, Retail and Vending, so someone with experience in all these departments would hold a distinct advantage.
