Job Title: Vendor / Third Party Management Project Manager Overview: 6 month contract / Day Rate A major broadcast client is seeking an experienced Vendor/Third Party Management Project Manager to oversee and drive supplier relationships across complex digital delivery projects. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed external vendors and third-party suppliers in the broadcasting or media space, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services in a technically fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end management of third-party vendors and suppliers, from procurement through delivery, within a broadcast media setting. Own supplier relationships, acting as the central contact point to ensure clear communication, accountability, and strong partnerships. Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to draft, negotiate, and evolve vendor contracts that meet business and operational needs. Track and manage budgets tied to third-party services, ensuring cost efficiency and financial alignment with project goals. Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to align priorities, resolve challenges, and deliver successful outcomes in a dynamic broadcast environment. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in vendor and third-party management within broadcasting, media, or similarly complex technical industries. Strong background in contract management, procurement, and supplier relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Financial acumen to monitor budgets and vendor spend effectively. Adaptability and proactivity in navigating fast-paced, deadline-driven projects.
