This is a high-impact role focused on shaping and delivering transformation across the Automotive, Battery, and Rail sectors. About the Role In this role, you will: Lead strategic advisory and transformation engagements for major clients across Automotive, Battery, and Rail Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders , acting as a partner in their digital evolution Shape and execute go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and end-to-end sales cycles Champion sustainable, tech-driven solutions —from concept through to implementation Collaborate across multidisciplinary global teams to deliver complex, high-value solutions Represent the business in the market through thought leadership and client advocacy We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has an MBA or PhD in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields Brings significant experience in Automotive, Rail or Consulting with deep exposure to R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain transformation Has a track record of selling and delivering digital solutions at the enterprise level Understands the commercial and technical landscape across industrial and regulated sectors Can lead international projects and navigate diverse market and regulatory environments Possesses excellent communication and leadership skills (English required; German a plus) Operates with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset Why This Role?
