The Role: As part of the firm's busy Commercial Property team, you will manage a varied caseload including: Buying and selling commercial premises (freehold and leasehold) Landlord & tenant matters (leases, renewals, licences to assign) Property management work Development and site acquisition support General commercial property advisory work for business clients You will enjoy regular client contact and be given the opportunity to build lasting relationships with local businesses, developers, landlords, and investors.
