Residential Property Manager

Job Title: Residential Property Manager Location: London Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 A well-established, international Property Management Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Senior Residential Property Manager to join their team in London. As the successful candidate you will have experience in managing high-net worth clients and their high-end residential portfolios, ensuring high-quality management services in safety, maintenance, finance and day to day operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain records and compliance documentation for all managed properties. Conduct regular inspection and risk assessments for all properties in the portfolio Conduct quarterly client meetings Act as the first point of contact in emergency situations Evaluate and manage service contracts Preparation of annual budgets Ensure all properties maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and repair in keeping with the expectations of high-net-worth clients. Produce and coordinate reports and updates in line with client requirements, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all communications. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Strong understanding of prime residential property management, particularly high-value estates or properties. Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and relevant qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH or a commitment to achieving these). Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and reconciling expenditure. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with high-net-worth clients, contractors, and internal teams. Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage emergency situations effectively. Leadership and mentoring experience, with a focus on team development and performance management. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards across all aspects of property management. Working Hours - 09:00-17:30
