Amour Recruitment are proud to be working for this well-established business who due to growth is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join their busy team based in Shrewsbury. Key Responsibilities: Dealing with all incoming telephone calls, accurately taking messages and dealing with client issues. Keeping the main data base up to date. Sending out information to clients. General administration. Personal Requirements: Excellent communication skills Confident with Word & Excel No industry experience required, just bags of enthusiasm!
