We're Hiring! Driver Trainer at GBA Logistics Location: Warrington | Full-time Salary: £44,000 per annum. The Role As our new Driver Trainer , you'll support the safe and efficient performance of our driving team through effective training, onboarding and performance monitoring. Reporting into the Transport Manager, your role includes delivering driver inductions (practical and classroom-based), maintaining training records and coaching drivers to improve performance. You'll also assist with RTC investigations, support driver recruitment and onboarding, and deliver CPC training to ensure legal compliance and professional development. Your work will help maintain a high standard of safety, compliance, and driver excellence across the site.
