Job Description

A Customer Service Manager is required by my client based in Deeside to lead the order processing team and manage customer enquiries. This is a fast paced role with a growing and highly successful business. Duties are varied but your key responsibilities will be: To oversee daily sales office operations and order flow Coordinate with finance on large orders and credit checks Ensure timely order processing and customer communication Resolve enquiries, price disputes, and progress calls Support and develop the sales team Provide regular reports to Directors This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday and company pension. Hours or work are Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm and Friday 8.30am-4.00pm To be suitable you will have: Proven experience managing a busy sales office Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to prioritise and drive performance A proactive, customer-first mindset Email your CV today to be considered for this great opportunity.
