About the Role: Welcoming patients and delivering a personal, high-quality service. Booking appointments, handling calls, and general reception duties. Dispensing a range of lenses, including single vision, varifocals, and high-index. Making frame adjustments and supporting patients with their eyewear choices. Assisting the optometrist and contributing to the smooth daily running of the practice. Helping maintain a tidy, organised and relaxed practice environment.
