Electrical Manager – Location: West London About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee our Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting (FAEL) projects across our contracts in West London and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team working within commercial and social housing environments. Key Responsibilities Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, legislation, and health & safety regulations. Develop and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, O&M files and progress reports. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Monitor project budgets and financial performance, reporting any variances or issues promptly. Carry out site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications. Support continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices. Essential Qualifications NVQ L3 or equivalent in electrical installations and theory 18th Edition wiring regulations Level 3 or equivalent in fire detection & fire alarms systems to BS 5839-1&6 SMSTS or SSSTS ECS/CSCS card
