Graduate design manager

We are currently working with a well established London based Main contractor that is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their Central London office as a Graduate Design Manager Our client is a progressive main contractor who provides a full range of design & build construction services throughout London. They specialise in the Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, and Mixed-use sectors. They express great satisfaction in their creative, positive client-focused approach. The successful candidate will support the delivery of design management on a a super prime residential scheme and this project is one of the largest projects in their portfolio and consists of 35 Apartments, arranged over 4 blocks, with basement, lower ground and 4-5 stories above. There are 3 newbuild blocks and one full conservation rebuild of an existing derelict structure (block). The development also includes a health club with swimming pool and extensive landscaped gardens and grounds. The contract value is £60 million This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their skills within a leading main contractor, gain exposure to high profile projects, and build a career in design management within the construction industry.
