Bench Joiner

EA Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a reputable and busy local joinery workshop. This is a 3-month temp contract with the potential for a longer-term role if the candidate is a good fit. Key Responsibilities: * Manufacture and assemble high-quality internal and external joinery products * Work on bespoke items including: * High-performance timber doors * Conservatories and orangeries * Staircases * Traditional-style windows, shutters, and mouldings * Assist in the restoration and reproduction of joinery for historical and heritage properties * Ensure all work meets required standards and specifications Requirements: * Proven experience in bench joinery and carpentry * Ability to interpret drawings and work to precise measurements * Good attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team * Experience with traditional or heritage joinery (desirable but not essential) What We Offer: * Competitive hourly pay: £20–£23 DOE * Paid 8.5-hour workdays * Supportive team and positive working environment * Potential for ongoing or permanent work If interested please apply or canact conor directly
