Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential | South East London | Permanent | August 2025 The Role: Tired of being one of five QSs fighting over the same spreadsheet? This is a chance to take proper ownership - running your own sites, managing CVRs, and being the go-to for all things commercial. This one is for a Senior QS who can take a project and run with it - from pre-construction through to final account. The Projects: • A mix of new-build residential sites - mostly traditional build housing and low-rise apartments. • Project values ranging from £5m to £20m. • All under D&B JCT contracts, several lives sites and more in planning. What they're looking for: • Senior Quantity Surveyor experience with a main contractor or residential developer • Able to run your own jobs - from procurement to CVRs to final account • Confident dealing with subcontractors and client-side teams • Familiar with JCT D&B and good commercial instincts • Based within reach of SE London, Kent or the M25/M23/Sussex corridor The Company: This company have been delivering residential and mixed-use schemes across London and the South East for over 20 years.
