Assistant Site Manager – Residential Location: Coventry Contract: Full-time. Temp to perm We’re looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality housing developments. Working closely with the Site Manager, you’ll help keep projects on track, ensure health & safety standards are met, and deliver homes our customers can be proud of. What you’ll be doing: Supporting day-to-day site operations Supervising subcontractors and trades Monitoring progress, quality, and safety on site Coordinating materials, deliveries, and logistics Assisting with handovers and customer care What we’re looking for: Experience in residential construction (housing preferred) Knowledge of health & safety and building standards Strong communication and organisational skills CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS, and First Aid (advantageous)
