Civils Site Manager

Site Manager – Civils Norfolk Start Date: asap Competitive Rate ARC Group are recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a new build project in Fakenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background to join a principal contractor on site. Key Responsibilities: Carry out site inductions and ensure Health & Safety compliance Review and manage RAMS, COSHH, Lift Plans etc. Work to site programmes and schedules Supervise trades and subcontractors on site Coordinate with the Site Engineer on setting out, cut/fill requirements Oversee all civils works including drainage, kerbing, ducting, foundations, attenuation, and surfacing Maintain quality standards across all works Communicate effectively with the client, project team, and workforce Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils projects Strong knowledge of principal contractor duties Excellent leadership and communication skills Able to work to deadlines and deliver quality results Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) CSCS card (black or gold preferred) First Aid at Work certification Other relevant tickets/qualifications (e.g. Temporary Works, Lift Supervisor) desirable Start Date: Ideally Monday 1st September 2025, but some flexibility is available for the right candidate.
