As part of their five-year growth strategy, they are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen their Milton Keynes office and play a key part in its ongoing success. In this position, you'll take on a client-facing role with early responsibility, delivering a range of projects across dilapidations and refurbishments. You'll be attending site surveys, preparing detailed reports, and managing projects through to completion, all while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working. The varied workload means every day will be different and engaging. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in delivering dilapidations and refurbishment projects, with the confidence to manage assignments independently. Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential, along with a full UK driving licence.
