Responsibilities include: * Managing costs and budgets on multiple construction projects (up to £400k). * Preparing and reviewing tender documents, contracts, and financial reports. * Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. * Ensuring projects are delivered profitably and to the highest standards. Requirements: * Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. * Proven experience working with a main contractor. * Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
