Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out London-Based | £85,000 Travel Commission 2 WFH Days Lunch Allowance Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial interiors to join their growing UK team. You’ll be leading high-profile fit out projects, working alongside an international team of architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional office, retail, and hospitality spaces for global clients. What You’ll Do * Lead multiple commercial fit out projects (office, retail, and hospitality) * Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. * Oversee the full project lifecycle: from concept, planning, and procurement to execution and handover. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Manage risk, resources, timelines, and cost reporting. * Foster strong client relationships and drive repeat business through exceptional delivery. What You’ll Bring * Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within commercial interiors/fit out. * Proven experience managing high-value projects (£1M) across office, retail, or hospitality sectors. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities. * Fluency in English.
