Your focus will be on securing timely and successful planning outcomes for both immediate and strategic residential developments across the West and South Midlands. Key Responsibilities Undertake development appraisals and prepare planning submissions for residential sites Manage planning applications across all stages – Outline, Full, Reserved Matters, and Discharge of Conditions Coordinate consultants, liaise with local planning authorities, and engage with stakeholders Draft and review key planning documentation including Planning and Design & Access Statements Support public consultations and contribute to long-term strategic planning Monitor planning policy and local plan progress across key areas What You’ll Need Minimum 1 years experience in planning or development management with a housing developer Accredited Planning Degree (RTPI recognised) is desired Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Full UK Driving Licence If you are interested in discussing this further, please call Chloe on (phone number removed) TCH01
