Architectural Technologist Birmingham Up to £35,000 Aztrum is excited to be working with an AJ100 practice based in Birmingham, widely recognised for its work within Large Scale Residential Developments, Healthcare and Social Housing. The role of an Architectural Technologist: • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, technical packages, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective, buildable design solutions across a range of project types • Conduct site surveys and visits to ensure project compliance and design integrity during construction phases • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum Essential Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role: • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential • Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations, codes, and construction standards • Proven technical drawing skills and a sharp eye for detail • Excellent communication and coordination abilities To apply, please send your CV and portfolio to (url removed) or contact us on (phone number removed) for more information
