Site Manager

A Construction Site Manager with experience of the carrying out fast track fitout is required for a project in the South Manchester area, to start in late Sept. The project is the fitout of a new build warehouse facility, including CAT B office fit out at ground and first floor level, and also the main storage area which will include racking and storage equipment. Other works will include minor electrical and security, as well as external finishes. To be considered for this role you should fit the following criteria; * Previous experience in managing similar fast track fitouts, where you will work fairly autonomously with the support of a visiting Contracts Manager * Ability to work as site lead, managing a team of inhouse trades teams and specialist sub-contractors. * Comfortable with high levels of client interface. * Valid site certification, fire marshal, CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS * Good level of IT skills * Available for start on 22nd Sept.
