The works will involve part rewiring of rooms, so strong first fix and second fix experience is essential Start date: 15th September 2025 Location: Preston Duration: 4-5 months Rate: £26/hr Requirements: Proven electrical installation and refurbishment background Ability to carry out first fix and second fix works to a high standard Previous hotel project experience would be advantageous Professional, reliable, and able to work to deadlines This is a 4-month project with potential for longer-term opportunities into 2026, depending on awarded workstreams.
