Ideal Candidates Will Have: Proven experience in highways works - including kerbing, drainage, ducting, concrete works, and general ground works. Valid CSCS card (essential). Additional tickets such as NRSWA or Confined Space are a bonus. Must be local - within a 1-hour commute of Southam (non-negotiable). Willingness to attend an interview (face-to-face or by phone). No EKFB induction required - relevant highways experience takes priority.
