Sales Executive – Business to Business Location: Telford Hours of work: Mon – Thurs 9am until 17:30 Friday 9am until 3pm Salary: £23,000 up to £50k OTE. Plus, fantastic benefits. Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with an award winning and very successful business based in Telford. Due to huge success this year and fantastic growth plans for the forthcoming year our client is looking to recruit sales executives to join their telecoms team. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for: Build solid relationships with decision makers. Outbound calls to small to large businesses to discuss their mobile requirements. Up sell and cross sell at appropriate opportunities. Creating bespoke solutions for the business. Obtain new business by having a consultative approach. Keep the database updated with any data you acquire. Maintain relationships to ensure future business. Work towards KPI’s and targets. An ideal Sales Executive you will have/be: Previous experience of working within sales however is advantageous. You will have an excellent telephone manner. Have good negotiation and influencing skills. Be determined to succeed. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Motivated to work within a team
