Technical Coordinator (Temp-Perm)

Technical Coordinator (Temp-Perm), Birmingham* A Technical Coordinator is required for a multi-phased residential development in Birmingham, working for one of the country's most successful developers. This role is a 6-9 month contract with the potential to become a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with appropriate authorities Ensuring drawings are produced to enable a site to be developed Checking detailed construction drawings Delivering technical design approvals for the projects Working within established budgets Preparing and presenting the design program at progress meetings This role would be best suited to existing Technical Coordinators however Architects and Engineers with experience working on high-rise, developer-led schemes will also be considered. The role is available immediately so immediate availability is preferred. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a high-rise project with an award-winning developer.
