Project Manager

With a strong pipeline of high-spec commercial, retail, and office interiors, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a growing business. The Role * End-to-end project management from pre-construction to handover * Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Client liaison and progress reporting * Ensuring health & safety, programme adherence, and quality standards * Budget control and cost reporting * Overseeing multiple projects (typically £500k–£5m) What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in fit-out/refurbishment project management (CAT A, CAT B) * Strong knowledge of construction processes and commercial interiors * Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified * Right to work in the UK Why Join? * Competitive salary up to £80,000 * Clear career progression with a supportive leadership team * High-profile London-based projects * Collaborative and ambitious company culture
