The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role As a key member of the team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a variety of pre and post-contract duties, acting as Technical Lead and managing client relationships across a diverse project portfolio. You will also play an important part in team development and contribute to the continued success of the Sidcup office. You'll be working across a range of exciting schemes including: Residential refurbishments & new builds Healthcare Bluelight and public buildings Education and mixed-use developmentsThis role is ideal for a career-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a broader leadership role, or for a Quantity Surveyor who feels ready to progress but lacks the opportunity to do so in their current role.
