About the Role * Project Scope: Responsible for overseeing a modern, commercial vehicle garage build—which includes structural, architectural, and mechanical works—through to handover. * Leadership Role: You’ll be the lead site manager, ensuring top-tier quality control, safety adherence, and programme delivery. * Sustainability Focus: Join a contractor who emphasizes eco-efficient design and construction techniques like frame reuse, low-carbon strategies, and BREEAM-aligned delivery Construction WaveBDC Magazine. Essential Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial new-build projects. * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications—all mandatory. * Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills. * Commitment to delivering high-quality work in line with sustainable construction practices.
