What You’ll Do * Define the Strategy: Develop and deliver a global sales plan aligned with ambitious growth objectives. * Lead the Team: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of Product Sales Managers and Key Account Managers across multiple regions. * Expand the Market: Identify new opportunities, champion commercial innovation, and unlock growth in emerging markets. * Own the Numbers: Oversee pricing, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure consistent performance. * Be the Face of the Brand: Represent the business at major industry events, trade shows, and high-level client meetings. * Collaborate for Success: Work closely with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies. About You We’re looking for a forward-thinking sales leader who brings: * Proven Expertise: A strong track record in international B2B sales leadership. * Industry Knowledge: Experience in maritime, offshore, logistics, or related technical sectors would be ideal but not essential. * Global Mindset: Success in leading distributed teams and delivering results across multiple regions. * Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of product sales, pricing, and market positioning. * Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools. * Leadership Style: Collaborative, values-driven, and skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
