Senior Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks & civil engineering) We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a civil engineering and groundworks subcontractor. This family owned subcontractor are based in Hemel Hempstead, and work for major civil engineering contractors on projects in the South East, London and the Midlands. The Role – Senior Quantity Surveyor (groundworks and civil engineering) You will be based at their main office in Hemel Hempstead with site visits within 1 hour of their office. Oversee full commercial aspects of 3-4 projects – change management, cost tracking, forecasts, applications, measures Assist with general business wide commercial activities Assist with tendering / estimating Oversee trainee QS Candidates will require; * Min 7 years as a Quantity Surveyor. * Civils & groundworks experience – (ideally non-residential)Package; · Full time · Working hours negotiable The Package: * Salary £65-70,000 * Car allowance * Laptop / phone included * 25 days holiday / pension etc. included * Pension * Opportunity to be part of a growing company and establish commercial position within the company.
