The Opportunity Arqtech Search have partnered with a prestigious and rapidly expanding UK law firm thats embarking on an exciting greenfield architecture journey. Following a series of strategic acquisitions, the business now operates with multiple systems, processes, and platforms. We are looking for an EA to bring them together under one clear, value-driven vision. As thefirst dedicated Enterprise Architect hire, youll have the unique opportunity to establish the architecture function from the ground up. Working hand-in-hand with C-suite, youll shape how the firm operates, competes, and delivers outstanding client service in a modern, digital-first environment. The Role In this pivotal position, you will: Lead the creation of agreenfield enterprise architecture strategyaligned to the firms commercial objectives. Work directly with the C-suite and senior leadership to influence and guide business direction through technology. Assess, rationalise, and integrate multiple systems inherited through acquisitions. Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and improved client experience through unified technology. Define and govern architecture principles, ensuring technology decisions drive measurable business value. Lay the foundations for an architecture capability that will scale with the firms continued growth. About You Were looking for someone with a rare mix ofstrategic vision, technical depth, and commercial acumen, a season Enterprise Architect who can bridge the gap between business ambition and technology delivery. Key skills & experience: Proven track record as an Enterprise Architect in complex, multi-system environments. Experience developing and delivering enterprise-wide architecture strategies from a greenfield state. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working directly with C-suite executives. Strong understanding of integration, systems rationalisation, and technology governance. Commercially astute, able to link technology strategy to tangible business outcomes. Professional services or law sector experience advantageous, but not essential.
