The Role Reporting to: Branch Manager This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual with previous sales experience, preferably in the merchanting or distribution sectors. Main duties involve: * Growing existing customer ledger by maintaining and developing relationships with customers and listening to customers’ requirements. * Actively dealing with all sales enquires, converting sales and offering appropriate upsells. * Communicating and adapting to a variety of customers from diverse backgrounds. * Developing customer base by identifying and researching new customer opportunities. * Achieving monthly sales targets and meeting KPI’s. The Candidate In order to be successful in this role, you will need to enjoy working within a busy sales environment as part of a small dedicated team where professionalism and a high level of customer service are key to success. Other skills and qualities required include: * You must be a self-starter who is independent, hands-on and organised * You must have good interpersonal, communication and team building skills, comfortable with working in a casual and friendly but motivated team environment This role offers the successful Candidate excellent career progression opportunities along with continued training and professional development opportunities.
